TESOL – CELTA

This course qualifies you to teach English to students who have a non-English speaking background.

TESOL (Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages) is a professional course for those who would like to be able to become an English teacher. This course will teach you how to teach English to adults by covering the teaching methods, lesson planning, practical learning and more.

TESOL COURSES ON OFFER

English for Teaching Children:

Qualifies you for teaching English to children under 10 years old. The admission to this course requires at least an Intermediate level of English.

English for Teaching Young Adults:

Qualifies you for teaching English to young adults under 18 years of age. The admission to this course requires an Intermediate level of English.

English for TESOL and Certificate IV in TESOL:

To enrol into this course you will need an upper-intermediate level of English. The course focuses on teaching techniques, content creation, course planning and design, course delivery and assessing. A Certificate IV in TESOL qualifies you to teach English as a second language in Australia and internationally.

CELTA and DELTA

CELTA and DELTA are the most advanced teacher training qualifications for teaching English as a second language.

These certifications are delivered in a hands-on, education environment. You will be taught and assessed practically and theoretically. You will be required to host a number of English classes before graduating. You need to have completed a TESOL course certificate and/or speak English at a near-to-native level to enter into this course. CELTA and DELTA are internationally recognised Cambridge courses.

CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults)

is the first level for teachers who already have professional experience and an adequate level of English.

DELTA (Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults)

is a further level of education for teachers who already have a substantial number of teaching hours and who wish to improve their competencies or further their career.
